Subscriptions for MyZen digital content (including videos, audio, programs, and in-app content) are non-refundable.
Access to digital content is enabled immediately upon successful payment. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, no refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
Memberships purchased for partner fitness centres may be eligible for a full refund after the first trial class only, in genuine cases, subject to the conditions below:
If approved, the membership will be cancelled and the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Once the membership is used beyond the initial trial class, it becomes non-refundable.
If a payment is deducted but the service or membership is not activated, the amount will be automatically reversed by the payment provider within 5–7 business days.
If a partner fitness centre cancels the service permanently before the membership validity period begins, users may be eligible for a full refund.

MyZen reserves the right to review, verify, and approve refund requests at its sole discretion in accordance with this policy.
