Delete your account from the app

You can permanently delete your MyZen account and its associated data directly from the MyZen Fit app. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the MyZen Fit app and log in to your account
  2. Go to MyZen
  3. Open your Profile
  4. Tap Edit Profile
  5. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile, preferences, and account data are removed. Where we are required to retain certain records (for example, for billing, tax, or legal compliance), those are kept only for as long as the law requires.

Prefer us to do it for you?

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@myzen.fit from your registered email address. Please include your registered phone/email so we can verify and process the request.
